Dave the Donkey is one of best Christian children’s books I have read for a while and it . Donkey comes into the sanctuary braying and excitedly pulling speaker (Dave) by the rope around the donkey’s neck. Dave is wearing a costume from Bible times, the donkey has paper donkey ears pinned to the side of his head. Donkey holds his forward hooves (hands) up .
